MARYLAND SPORTS MEDICINE
Project Highlights:
Maryland Sports Medicine is a state of the art Orthopedic medicine facility, located in Olney, Maryland. They previously occupied lease space in a small medical office building. When they needed to expand their clinical space, and enlarge and update their physical therapy unit, they decided to purchase an office condominium in an adjacent building. This move not only allowed them to achieve their growing space needs but also allowed them to rebrand their image.
Interplan first performed a “Due Diligence” assessment of the prospective office suite, to determine the general condition of the existing facility, it’s viability for MDSMC’s needs, and also to identify any building code deficiencies that would have to be addressed as part of the renovations.
Recognized by the U.S. Olympic Committee as a National Network Member, MDSMC is considered to be a state-of-the-arts rehabilitation center. Vibrant colors, and the display of sports memorabilia, give patients a positive energy to assist their recoveries.
