Interplan worked closely with CEC Staff Representatives to design a space that would not only provide them with a "newer" identity, but would be inviting to the staff and their clients as they went through the transition into the new work space.

A circular common "path" around the core of the building created the circulation for the entire floor, with the more public spaces - conference room, library and meeting rooms - having immediate access off this path.

The final design provided over 100 workstations, with a special efficiency of approximately 225 SF/person.
