This commercial office building was originally built in the late 1980's. The new owner's of the property wanted to renovate the common spaces - Lobbies, corridors and elevator cabs. The goal of the design was to make these spaces warmer and more inviting, with the use of materials that would continue present themselves well over time.

The terrazzo floors and marble wainscoting were preserved, while wood paneling, fabric wallcovering and specialty light fixtures were introduced into the lobbies and cabs.
