A joint venture between Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington, Maryland National Capitol Park & Planning Commission, and the State of Maryland. The building is located on 8 acres, with two play fields, a full-size basketball court and a playground.

Inside the club there are high open ceilings to define the central Game Room, with a Teen Center, Multipurpose Room, Computer Lab, Learning Center and Arts and Crafts Room.
