Originally built in 1967, this "black-box" facility had been abandoned and was in a serious state of disrepair. Interplan was tasked with giving new life to the property and transforming it into an office building capable of supporting hi-tech tenants. On the north side, a new 2-story lobby welcomes visitors beneath a custom designed mobile. The more formal south elevation gives the building prominence along the Dulles Corridor.
