Located in the Palisades area of upper northwest Washington DC, the building houses Interplan's corporate headquarters. What once was a drab innocuous office building was transformed into a modern mixed-use retail/office center, giving rebirth to the site. The retail element invites the residents of this upscale neighborhood to the building, and aided in the revitalization of the area.
