This Frank Lloyd Wright inspired design in Silver Spring, Maryland serves as corporate headquarters for the Choice family of hotel chains. This ongoing project required Interplan to plan and design a comprehensive building and tenant renovation of a fully occupied building. The project was separated into multiple design and construction phases to allow for base building infrastructure modifications as well as new tenant interiors.
