As the Landlord's architect, Interplan has assisted several tenants in the design of their new suites in the Class A office building. Headquartered out of New York City, Greystone financial desired a sophisticated, understated elegance in the design of their Washington offices.

The Reception area introduces "rounded" corners and columns, specialty lighting, and the elegance of slate flooring contrasting with metal ceiling tiles. These materials are repeated throughout the suite to subtly dramatize this traditional office environment.
