When this tenant decided to locate their technology nerve-center in the basement level of this office building the challenge was acknowledged to be how to provide an inviting, comfortable environment for their employees, who at times need to work 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

As a means to compensate for the loss of daylight the design solution focused on "open" ceilings, attention to lighting and the use of bright colors.

Special design aspects of this project included raised access flooring throughout the lower level, and an interconnecting stair between the two floors the tenant occupies
