Rydex, a leader in developing specialized investments, acquired an additional 25,000 square feet at their headquarters in Rockville, Maryland. Designed to compliment their existing space, this floor features a 1,500 square foot training room, a Network Operational Center, a 900 square foot exercise room, a "family room" for employee children and the support areas required for these facilities.

Design features include floating round bulkheads, planetarium style lighting, state of the art audio visual and colonnaded hallways. The colors used are inspired by the southwest-- the rust of the rich earth, the green of weathered cacti, the camel color of the sun-bleached sand. This soothing atmosphere, inspired by nature, will be timeless and weather the changing design trends, much as Rydex manages changing markets.
