Programming

Analyze the requirements of each client. Interplan will develop specific space requirements to be incorporated into the design. This will serve as a working document for future design phases.

Schematic Design

Prepare detailed design concept indicating the location off all facilities, the amount of space required, functional relationships and the overall feasibility of the building floor plan and the mechanical, electrical and structural systems.

Design Development

Development of the plans and preliminary concepts and selection of materials, finishes and furnishings for the project. At the conclusion of this phase, Interplan will coordinate the preparation of a conceptual budget for the project.

Construction Documents

The construction documents will detail the project for bidding and construction.

Construction Administration

During the construction administration phase, Interplan will ensure the design is constructed to meet the plans & specifications.
