We have the following position available:

Project Architect / Interior Designer

• 3-5 years of experience with commercial interiors and medical office design and construction.
• Candidate must be able to demonstrate experience in design and constructability of projects, and be able to prepare construction documents independently from design concept documents.
• Candidate will be responsible for multi-discipline coordination of the drawings.

Qualification Requirements:

• Professional Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• AutoCad 2008 proficiency a must.
• Minimum 3-years experience in architectural documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience in clinical design and familiar with medical requirements.
• Familiar with imaging technology and design/documentation for imaging facilities including DEXA, X-Ray, Ultra-Sound, CT, MRI and LINAC Equipment.
• Familiar with regulations associated with Sleep Centers, Procedure Rooms & Surgical Centers
