Interplan was able to capture the design "vision" of technology leader Neustar's 92,000 SF headquarters located in Sterling, Virginia.   The building interior was designed with distinct personal work spaces allowing the private offices and work station areas to give Neustar flexibility for expansion and future growth.  The consistent use of clear glass partitions for private offices and conference rooms allow natural light to flow through the facility.  This in turn, allows users multiple vistas from virtually anywhere in the building.  

Workplace productivity is paramount for Neustar.  The strategic placement of different size conference rooms and meeting areas promote staff gathering and communication.  Opportunities for casual interaction and spontaneous teaming were employed to open areas to support and encourage the quick exchange of ideas.  Conference room features include white boards, as well as the latest in high definition video and internet media technology.  The executive conference room partition is a retractable feature that opens to a reception lounge space (suitable for large gatherings) or a private and acoustically sound meeting environment. 

The Neustar cafe is visually energizing with bold color accents.  For Neustar associates, this is a great place to dine or meet with fellow associates within the corporate campus.
