What We Do

Interplan completed the design of California Closets’ new Chantilly location, featuring approximately 25,000 SF of warehouse and office space. The 18,000 SF warehouse supports storage, product assembly, and finishing operations, while the 6,700 SF office area includes a conference room, workstations, private offices, a pantry, and a showroom for product display and client consultations. Site improvements included the addition of two new loading docks and modifications to the existing parking lot to improve circulation and access.

The interior balances industrial functionality with a modern, design-forward aesthetic. Black accent finishes and exposed framing create visual cohesion throughout, while clean lines and refined materials bring a polished feel to the client-facing areas. The result is an efficient, branded environment tailored to both operational needs and customer experience.
