What We Do

Interplan recently completed a 12,000 square foot multi-specialty medical office facility in Columbia, Maryland for ENTAA Care, a branch of Johns Hopkins Medicine — a practice delivering personalized care across a comprehensive range of specialty services. The project involved the full build-out of a shell space, transforming an unfinished interior into a cohesive, fully operational clinical environment. The facility consolidates ENTAA Care's full spectrum of clinical offerings into a single clinic, housing dedicated departments for Ear, Nose & Throat, Allergy & Asthma, Audiology, Dermatology, and Speech Pathology, as well as multiple administrative areas that support operational staff.

Each specialty department was thoughtfully designed to meet its distinct clinical and technical requirements — from procedure-ready ENT and dermatology spaces to acoustically sensitive audiology and speech pathology suites. A particular challenge of the project was the successful integration of the client's relocated audio booths, requiring precise coordination to ensure proper acoustic performance and a seamless fit within the new space.
