Interplan completed the façade design and site enhancements for the Village Shops at Crosspointe in Fairfax Station, VA. The project reimagined the retail center’s exterior to elevate curb appeal and create a more inviting, cohesive experience for visitors.
The design brings clarity and consistency to the storefronts through updated façade materials, new exterior lighting, and a unified tenant signage framework. Improvements to walkway ceilings, lighting, roofing, and trim enhance the pedestrian environment and modernize the building envelope, while site enhancements support expanded outdoor dining areas and reinforce architectural elements at key columns. Together, these updates establish a refreshed streetscape that feels cohesive, contemporary, and welcoming.
